Send a two-sided view of the finished pack
Attach a front view, rear view and side view of the container where possible. Mark which way the pack travels on the existing conveyor and whether it arrives consistently oriented. If the bottle is still being developed, identify the drawings and dimensions that remain provisional.
Give front and rear artwork distinct names and explain whether they use separate rolls. State the first format you need to run and list other formats as separate rows. This avoids a quotation that assumes the two labels share dimensions or materials when they do not.
- Current difficulty
- Describe whether the problem is container alignment, label position, roll handling or artwork changeover so the advice addresses the right stage.
- Line connection
- Include the upstream and downstream equipment, conveyor height and available operating space for an inline project.
What if I do not know whether I need twin-side or top-and-bottom labelling?
Show every face that needs a label and the position of the pack on the conveyor. Ask for a route comparison against that layout rather than selecting a machine name before the presentation requirement is understood.
